Part of purchasing a new home should include having the locks rekeyed. We change the pins or reset the lock to accept a different key. Often there is a lock or two that do not have any keys, but don’t worry, we can still rekey the lock without the existing key.
We can drill new holes for deadbolts, or enlarge existing holes for newer locks. Occasionally we have to redrill the backset from 2 3/8″ to 2 3/4.” Replacing broken or old locks is something we do every day.
Keyless entry deadbolts are a wonderful luxury. We are happy to supply and install simple models from Schlage, Weiser, and Simplex Unican. If you have something fancy in mind, please get whatever model you like and we are happy to install your deadbolt and help with programming if needed.
